Cute Crystal hand by Val st Lambert, Belgium 1950's

This small hand reminds me of the Giant Antigoon severed hand statue on the Meir in the city of Antwerp.
It refers to a folkore story which is said to be the origin of the city's name, which comes from hand werpen, Dutch for "hand-throwing.
